I wear a 40D and followed the size chart, yet it still runs small. As for quality, it does help keep the bra from shifting. The band is comfy, but the fit wasn't quite what I expected. The straps are pretty nice too and the fabric is soft. It's pulling out at the top, so sizing up is worth thinking about.

I was surprised by how supportive this gel bra is, and it's very comfortable too. With age I've needed more lift, so sports bras became my default most days. I appreciate what a good one offers in support and comfort, but with dressier necklines it's nearly impossible to avoid the broad high straps or the top of the t-back peeking out at your blouse's neckline. This Oeka gel bra fixes that, and I'd say it supports as well as any sports bra. It isn't a delicate, sexy lingerie piece, yet once everything is lifted and smoothed, you'll look great in a sweater! If needed, the adjustable straps can cross in back, and an extender is there for extra room.
Super comfy! Nothing from the straps is digging into my shoulders, which usually leaves me feeling like I need rotator cuff surgery by evening! There's no tight band under my bust cutting off circulation, no underwires poking my underarms, and no more going without a bra just to avoid the pain! According to the sizing guide I should get a 2XL, since my underbust measures 43. But the cup would have been far too big, because I'm only a 36C. One reviewer wrote that she bought an XL for her 38C chest and could have gone down to an L, and she made my day! Thanks to her review and photo, I decided on an XL. Other reviews had also told me an extender would be included.
